Choose how you want to enjoy your coffee. The E8 brings together three distinct worlds of indulgence. Classic Hot Brew covers traditional coffee favourites, while the Light Extraction Process prepares selected Light Brew specialties at around 60 °C. Sweet Foam Function adds another option by subtly sweetening milk foam for compatible drinks.

Explore 27 specialties from one machine. The E8 prepares espresso, coffee, Americano, lungo and espresso doppio alongside milk drinks including cortado, espresso macchiato, cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato. Selected drinks are also available as Light Brew or Sweet Foam variations.

Set up coffee around your preferences. Choose from 10 programmable coffee strength levels, seven grind settings and three brewing temperatures. Coffee-water quantity, milk quantity and milk-foam quantity can also be programmed, making it easier to tailor everyday drinks to different preferences in the household.

Grind each preparation with the P.A.G.2. The Professional Aroma Grinder 2 returns to its starting position after each grinding cycle. Its seven programmable grind levels let you adjust grind consistency, while the bean container holds 10 oz (280 g) for everyday use.

Keep pre-ground coffee as another option. A monitored powder chute lets you prepare drinks using ground coffee instead of beans when needed. A measuring spoon for ground coffee is supplied with the machine.

Prepare milk specialties with fewer manual steps. The HP3 milk system with CX3 interchangeable milk spout handles milk and milk-foam preparation for drinks including cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato and cortado. The included syrup attachment supports the E8's Sweet Foam specialties.
