Victoria Arduino Eagle Tempo 3 Group NEO Espresso Machine – Matte White
Description
Victoria Arduino Eagle Tempo 3 Group NEO Espresso Machine – White
Advanced Three-Group Brewing for Bright, High-Volume Coffee Spaces
The Victoria Arduino Eagle Tempo 3 Group NEO in White combines high-volume commercial production with independent brewing-temperature control and a clean contemporary appearance. Three raised brew groups provide the space required for multi-barista service, while NEO technology heats only the water needed for each extraction to improve energy efficiency without reducing performance.
The White finish gives the wide 41.5-inch chassis a lighter visual presence than traditional dark commercial equipment. It works especially well in modern cafés, bakeries, hotel lounges, restaurants, roasteries, patisseries, and hospitality spaces designed around pale wood, stone, tile, glass, white cabinetry, or stainless steel.
This is the Eagle Tempo NEO configuration. It uses an 8.45-litre steam boiler with independent 0.14-litre coffee boilers and PID temperature management. It does not use the single-boiler Digit system or the TERS thermal-energy recovery platform.
Why Choose the 3 Group White Eagle Tempo NEO?
- NEO Technology: Heats only the water required for extraction to reduce unnecessary energy use.
- Independent Coffee Boilers: Allows separate brewing-temperature control for each group.
- Three Commercial Groups: Supports simultaneous extraction and multi-barista production.
- 8.45-Litre Steam Boiler: Provides sustained steam and hot-water capacity during demanding service.

NEO New Engine Optimization
NEO stands for New Engine Optimization. Rather than keeping a large shared volume of brewing water continuously heated, the machine uses compact insulated coffee boilers dedicated to the individual brew groups.
The instantaneous heating system brings only the water required for the current extraction to the programmed temperature. This reduces unnecessary energy use while maintaining the speed and productivity expected from a three-group commercial espresso machine.
- Independent coffee boiler for each group.
- PID-managed brewing temperatures.
- Water heated according to immediate extraction demand.
- Reduced unnecessary energy consumption.
- Consistent output during sustained service.
- Greater flexibility for multiple coffee recipes.
Independent Brewing Temperatures
Each group uses its own 0.14-litre coffee boiler. The three groups can therefore operate at separate brewing temperatures rather than sharing one common setting.
A café can apply the same temperature across every group for a simple house-coffee workflow or configure each station for a different espresso. One group may be assigned to the main blend, another to decaffeinated coffee, and the third to a rotating single-origin or second roast profile.
This flexibility is especially useful for specialty cafés and roasteries that want to serve several coffees without repeatedly changing one shared machine temperature.
A Brighter Commercial Centrepiece
The White finish gives the large three-group machine a more open and contemporary appearance. Instead of visually dominating the counter, the lighter panels help the chassis integrate into bright interiors and design-led hospitality spaces.
It pairs naturally with marble, quartz, pale wood, white tile, stainless steel, glass, and neutral cabinetry. Chrome-plated portafilters and metal working surfaces provide contrast while preserving the professional character of the espresso station.
The White configuration is particularly effective in customer-facing environments where the coffee machine forms part of the interior design rather than remaining hidden behind a service counter.
Three-Group Multi-Barista Workflow
The three-group platform provides dedicated extraction positions for several baristas. Multiple shots can run simultaneously, reducing waiting time when large drink orders arrive together.
The wide chassis also provides more space for organizing cups, portafilters, scales, milk pitchers, and active tickets. This helps the coffee team maintain clear work zones during busy service.
- Three simultaneous extraction positions.
- Suitable for two- or three-barista teams.
- More room for cups and active portafilters.
- Separate working zones across the machine.
- Flexible group assignments for different coffees.
- Improved production during rush periods and large orders.
Programmable Volumetric Dosing
Each group can store four programmed espresso volumes. These selections can be configured for short and long single or double-shot recipes, giving baristas one-touch access to the beverages prepared most frequently.
Once a dose is selected, the machine automatically stops extraction at the programmed volume. The barista can begin another shot, steam milk, prepare cups, or continue assembling the order without manually ending every extraction.
Across all three groups, up to twelve dose positions are available. The same recipes can be repeated across every station, or each group can be programmed differently according to the coffee assigned to it.
Independent Shot Timers
The extraction time of each group is displayed independently through the machine interface. Three shots can therefore be monitored at the same time, even when they begin at different moments.
A meaningful change in extraction time may indicate that the grinder setting, coffee dose, distribution, tamping, or bean condition requires attention. The timers provide a fast operational reference without requiring separate external devices.
Shot time should still be evaluated together with beverage yield and flavour when adjusting an espresso recipe.
Touchscreen Programming and Machine Management
The multifunction touchscreen gives baristas and managers central access to brewing settings, operating information, cleaning programs, and maintenance functions.
The interface can be used to review or adjust:
- Programmable espresso volumes.
- Independent shot times.
- Steam-boiler PID settings.
- Coffee-boiler temperatures.
- Individual group temperatures.
- Automatic startup and shutdown times.
- Independent group backflushing.
- Maintenance reminders.
- Self-diagnostic information.
- Operating and maintenance alarms.
- Machine-usage information.
Programmable Pre-Infusion
Programmable pre-infusion allows the coffee team to adjust the initial wetting stage before full brewing pressure begins.
This provides additional control when changing coffees, roast profiles, doses, or basket sizes. A controlled opening stage can encourage more even saturation throughout the coffee puck and support a steadier extraction.
SIS Soft Infusion System
Victoria Arduino’s Soft Infusion System gently introduces water to the coffee bed at the beginning of extraction. This promotes more even saturation and helps reduce the effect of minor inconsistencies in puck preparation.
SIS is particularly useful in commercial environments where several baristas may prepare coffee differently. It supports greater repeatability while keeping grind, dose, yield, temperature, and recipe decisions under the control of the coffee team.
- Gentle initial puck saturation.
- More even water distribution.
- Reduced sensitivity to minor tamping differences.
- Greater consistency between operators.
- Repeatable extraction across all three groups.
Automatic Group Purging
The automatic purge function rinses each group after extraction to remove loose coffee residue from the screen. This eliminates a repetitive manual step and prepares the group more quickly for the next portafilter.
When all three brewing stations are operating during a rush, automatic purging helps maintain faster turnover and a cleaner working area.
Independent Automated Backflushing
Each group can run its own automated backflushing cycle. This simplifies routine detergent cleaning and allows individual groups to be cleaned separately when required.
Automated cycles help standardize closing procedures between different baristas and shifts. Portafilters, baskets, steam wands, the drip tray, and exterior panels still require regular manual cleaning.
Dedicated 8.45-Litre Steam Boiler
The Eagle Tempo 3 Group NEO uses a dedicated 8.45-litre steam boiler to support repeated milk preparation and hot-water service while the independent coffee boilers manage espresso extraction.
Separating steam production from brewing-temperature control allows the machine to maintain strong milk-drink performance without requiring espresso brewing water to depend on one shared boiler environment.
- Steam Boiler Capacity: 8.45 litres.
- Coffee Boiler Capacity: 0.14 litres per group.
- Independent Brewing and Steam Systems: Supports simultaneous extraction and milk preparation.
- Fast Brewing-Water Response: Heats water according to extraction demand.
- Adjustable Hot-Water Temperature: Supports tea and Americano preparation.
- Insulated Boilers: Helps reduce unnecessary heat dispersion.
Two-Sided Commercial Steam Workflow
Commercial steam wands are positioned on both sides of the machine. Two baristas can texture milk independently, or one operator can move efficiently between pitchers while managing drinks across all three brew groups.
This layout supports coffee programs with a high proportion of cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, mochas, and other milk-based beverages.
Push-Pull Aluminum Steam Levers
The molded aluminum steam controls use a direct push-pull movement instead of traditional rotary knobs. Lifting the lever provides a quick purge, while pressing it downward locks the steam valve open for continuous operation.
This movement reduces repetitive wrist rotation and allows the barista to start or stop steam quickly during continuous milk preparation.
- Upward position for quick purging.
- Downward locking position for continuous steaming.
- Fast operation during repeated pitcher preparation.
- Reduced repetitive wrist movement.
Cool-Touch Steam Wands
Cool-touch construction makes the steam wands more comfortable to handle and reduces the amount of milk that burns onto their exterior surfaces.
This makes the wands easier to wipe between pitchers and helps maintain a cleaner milk-preparation area throughout the day. Regular purging and cleaning are still required.
Optional EasyCream Automatic Steam Wand
The Eagle Tempo NEO can be ordered with one optional left-side EasyCream automatic steam wand at an additional cost.
EasyCream uses an integrated temperature probe and programmable aeration settings to automate milk texturing. Up to nine milk types or recipes can be stored, allowing the business to establish separate programs for dairy milk and plant-based alternatives.
The barista places the wand into a pitcher of cold milk, selects the required recipe, and starts the cycle. EasyCream controls when air is introduced and automatically stops steaming once the programmed temperature and texture have been reached.
- Up to nine programmable milk recipes.
- Adjustable milk aeration.
- Adjustable finishing temperature.
- Automatic air introduction.
- Automatic steam shutoff.
- More consistent milk texture across different baristas.
- Suitable for dairy and plant-based milk.
EasyCream is optional and is not included with the standard machine.
Heavy Brass Brew Groups
Each brew group uses substantial brass construction to retain heat and support stable extraction during repeated commercial use.
The thermal mass of the groups works together with the independent coffee boilers to maintain controlled brewing conditions when several shots are prepared continuously.
Raised Groups and Included Cup Risers
The raised groups accommodate takeaway cups up to approximately 16 ounces. Included cup risers lift smaller espresso and cappuccino cups closer to the portafilter spouts.
This allows baristas to move easily between traditional ceramic service and taller takeaway drinks while reducing splashing when smaller cups are used.
Reverse-Mirror Back Panel
A reflective back panel gives the barista a clearer view of espresso flow from a normal standing position.
The colour, consistency, and behaviour of the extraction stream can be monitored without repeatedly bending beneath the portafilters. The wide mirrored area is especially useful when several groups are brewing simultaneously.
Pump-Pressure Monitoring and External Adjustment
A visible pump-pressure gauge allows the operator to monitor brewing pressure and general machine performance. Pump pressure can also be accessed externally when adjustment is required.
Steam pressure is displayed digitally through the touchscreen. Pressure adjustments should be completed by a qualified operator or commercial espresso-machine technician.
Commercial Chrome-Plated Brass Portafilters
The Eagle Tempo 3 Group includes three double-spout portafilters and one single-spout portafilter. Each uses solid chrome-plated brass construction with ergonomic handles and rubber grip sections.
The substantial portafilter bodies support heat retention and repeated commercial use, while the shaped handles help reduce strain during locking, removal, and knocking.
- Three double-spout portafilters.
- One single-spout portafilter.
- Solid chrome-plated brass construction.
- Ergonomic handles.
- Rubber grip sections.
Commercial Construction with a Contemporary Finish
Stainless steel and formed aluminum body panels are mounted to a solid steel frame. This construction provides the strength and stability required for long operating hours and repeated use across all three groups.
The White exterior gives the commercial platform a more refined architectural character. It is particularly well suited to open counters and customer-facing coffee bars where equipment appearance contributes to the overall experience.
Automatic Startup and Shutdown Scheduling
Operating times can be programmed through the touchscreen. The machine can begin heating before the opening team arrives and switch off according to the business’s regular operating schedule.
This supports a smoother opening routine and helps prevent unnecessary operation outside service hours.
Maintenance Information and Self-Diagnostics
The touchscreen provides maintenance reminders, cleaning access, operating alarms, usage information, and self-diagnostic data.
These functions give staff greater visibility into routine machine care and provide technicians with useful information when service is required. They do not replace scheduled preventative maintenance by a qualified commercial technician.
