I love the size of this machine more than everything else. I live in a smaller townhouse and our counter space is very limited. I wanted a high end bean to cup espresso machine to replace our capsule coffee machine. Although we enjoyed fast coffee with our Nespresso capsule machine, it never gave me the satisfaction of a real proper espresso. The reason I settled with a capsule machine was that I couldn't find any good bean to cup machine that fit our counter space.
Finally I came across this unit in Jura line. It is very compact and has everything I want in an automatic machine. The sound of ginder and the aroma of the fresh crushed beans give me the lovely morning feeling that I had missed. This machine can make the perfect Ristretto that I could taste only in an Italian cafe. Making milk based drinks like Latte is incredibly easy. I recommend the video they put on this site. It helps you learn many features and instructions. Their price is like everywhere else but their knowledge and customer care is why I purchased from them. Got free shipping too. The only complaint that I have is the warranty. I wanted to buy extended warranty. Jura does not offer that.

We bought our first Miele vacuum Cleaner form Ron s father 20 years ago. This store has been kind of a family appliance store for our family! Always such a pleasure to deal with them. Due to pandemic, I called the store and discussed all the information about the right type of coffee maker for us. And finally we ordered this model from their website which was quite fun to browse in as well. It arrived quickly , and was very straightforward to set up. You only need to run it few times to get things set up. Very straightforward. coffee taste fantastic! It's easy to work with , so much less hassle than the traditional espresso machine. We mostly drink lattes and cappuccinos and the milk frother on this is great . My only issue is the steam wand that doesn't sit out from the body of the machine far enough. It's manageable, but would be much better with a bit more distance to work with. Everything else work great so far and we ve been a happy coffee lover customer this time as well. Awesome!

This machine changed my view on coffee. I used to think I loved coffee, but now I m addicted. It makes me excited to wake up in the mornings. amazing coffee and great quality!

Having said that, I would give this purchase a three star only because of the delivery. It took 4 days to arrive. The sales person was very polite and explained that the delay was due to the quarantine time; That might be understandable, but Canada post people left it behind my door un-attendant while I was away. This is an expansive purchase. What if it was stolen or sth. That s not acceptable! I was very disappointed,

Wonderful looking Jura ENA8 really compliments the kitchen. This is our 2nd purchase of this Jura model. Our first lasted 11 years. It produces perfect espresso shots, latte, cappuccino each morning. Very quiet and simple, yet does a wonderful job each time. We have recommended this lovely machine to our family members and friends, as we are the popular coffee lovers and they know our taste. Beside the quality of the machine the sales people in this shop has been very professional and helpful. They made purchasing this coffee machine a great online experience for us.
