Built for Better Coffee at Home

Choose from four distinct styles of coffee. The Z10 organizes its 51 specialties across Hot, Light, Cold and Sweet worlds of indulgence. Classic espresso and coffee sit alongside Cold Brew, Light Brew and Sweet Foam versions of selected drinks, giving you more flexibility throughout the day.

Go beyond standard milk drinks. The supplied chocolate attachment expands the menu with mocaccino and chocolate foam. A syrup attachment is also included for Sweet Foam specialties, so you can move from a traditional cappuccino to sweeter or chocolate-based drinks without changing machines.

Let the grinder adapt to the drink. The P.R.G.2+ Product Recognizing Grinder automatically controls grind consistency and coffee quantity according to the selected specialty. It can move from a finer grind for shorter drinks to a coarser grind for longer or Cold Brew preparations, then returns to its starting position after use.

Personalize more than strength alone. Coffee strength is programmable across 10 levels, brewing temperature across three levels, milk and milk-foam temperature across three levels, and grind consistency across seven levels. Coffee-water quantity, milk quantity and milk-foam quantity can also be programmed.

Adjust caffeine to suit the moment. The Caffeine Regulator provides three selectable caffeine levels. This gives you another way to personalize a drink beyond changing coffee strength, temperature or volume.

Create separate routines for different users. Up to four people can use personal profiles to organize their preferred specialties and settings. Easy Mode also provides quick access to adjustments when you want to refine a drink without navigating through deeper menus.

Prepare Cold Brew automatically. JURA's Cold Extraction Process uses cold water passed through freshly ground coffee in slow, pulsating cycles under high pressure. Cold Brew versions are available for several specialties, including espresso, coffee, Americano, lungo and selected milk drinks.

Make maintenance easier to manage. Milk Assistant indicates when the milk system should be rinsed and supports lactose-free preparation after use. Quality Assistant helps guide machine care, while automatic filter detection, One-Touch milk system cleaning and integrated rinsing, cleaning and descaling programs support regular maintenance.

Schedule coffee for the next day. Coffee Timer works through the J.O.E. app and allows a selected specialty to be scheduled for preparation the following day. Wi-Fi Connect is supplied as standard with this Z10 configuration.
