Return Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

Want to send back a coffee machine? If it’s unopened and unused, no problem at all, ship it back to us within 30 days and we’ll process your refund. Just keep in mind the processing fee and the shipping cost aren’t refundable (more on that in “Who Covers What” below).

Already used it and it’s just not working out? Here’s where it gets a little nuanced. If you bought the machine on sale or with a discount code, it’s technically a Final Sale and can’t come back. That said, we’re human, and we try to be fair so depending on the situation or the specific machine, we can sometimes make an exception. Just know that’s us doing you a favour rather than an obligation, and a restocking fee may apply.

Got a Defective Machine?

Every machine we sell is covered under warranty, so on the rare chance your unit shows up defective, we’ll take care of you. Here’s how it works: before we authorize a return, we’ll need to confirm the machine is actually defective. In some cases that means we’ll ask you to reach out to the manufacturer first to run through a bit of troubleshooting and grab a ticket number. If it turns out the machine really is defective, we’ll get a brand-new unit out to you at no cost to you, full stop.

Who Covers What

Here’s the deal on costs. If something’s our fault, a defective machine or a mix-up on our end, we’ll make it right and cover it. You won’t be out a cent.

On a standard return or exchange, though, there are a couple of costs we get dinged with that we just can’t claw back: the credit card processing fees and the cost of shipping the machine out to you in the first place. The moment your order goes out, that money’s already spent, so it’s not refundable. A 20% restocking fee may also apply to returns or exchanges, depending on the situation. We’ll always be upfront with you about any of this before anything’s deducted, nothing personal, it’s just the part of the deal that’s out of our hands.

Ordered the Wrong Part?

Parts aren’t normally something we take back. But we get it, sometimes you order one and it turns out it’s not what you needed. So if it’s unused, still in its original packaging, and not a special-order item, reach out within 30 days and there’s a good chance we can help you out.

Just know it’s a favour, not a guarantee, and depending on the situation there may be some deductions (the processing fee and shipping costs still apply, same as above). Getting the part back to us is on you. But hit us up and we’ll see what we can do.

Changed Your Mind or Need to Cancel?

Placed an order and want to cancel for any reason? Give us a shout as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Here’s the one thing to know, even on a super-quick cancel: the credit card processing fee gets charged the second you hit order, and we get dinged for it whether the package ships or not, there’s no way for us to get it back. So even if you cancel minutes later or simply changed your mind, that fee isn’t something we’re able to refund. It’s not us being difficult, it’s just money that’s already left the building.
