Choose the style of coffee that fits the moment. The E8 organizes its drink selection around three worlds of indulgence. Classic Hot Brew covers familiar coffee favourites, while Light Extraction Process creates Light Brew versions of selected espresso, coffee and milk specialties. Sweet Foam Function adds subtly sweetened milk foam to compatible drinks.

Enjoy 27 specialties without a complicated routine. The menu ranges from espresso, coffee, Americano and lungo to cortado, cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato. Light Brew and Sweet Foam variations expand those choices while milk foam and hot water are also available directly from the machine.

Adjust coffee around your preferences. Coffee strength can be programmed across 10 levels, grind consistency across seven levels and brewing temperature across three levels. Coffee-water quantity, milk and milk-foam quantity can also be programmed, giving different members of the household room to tailor drinks to their preferences.

Grind fresh beans with the P.A.G.2 grinder. JURA's Professional Aroma Grinder 2 provides seven programmable grind levels and returns to its starting position after each grinding cycle. The bean container holds 10 oz (280 g), while a separate monitored powder chute allows you to prepare coffee using pre-ground beans when needed.

Make milk drinks with fewer manual steps. The HP3 milk system with CX3 interchangeable milk spout handles milk and milk-foam preparation for drinks including cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato and cortado. The supplied syrup attachment supports the machine's Sweet Foam specialties.
