The model has a 2.6-liter water reservoir, which allows you to brew 10-12 drinks before needing a refill. We recommend this model for households of any size.

Does it have a built-in grinder?

Yes, the Giga 10 has 2 separate grinders. JURA recommends filling the left bean container of the GIGA 10 with a balanced medium roast. This degree of coffee roasting is ideal for a deliciously light lungo, flat white or coffee. Fill the right bean container of the GIGA 10 with a strong dark roast. This degree of coffee roasting is ideal for an intense espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato. Or you can use the same beans in both containers.

Can I use non-dairy milk alternatives with the milk frother?

Yes, although Jura's milk frothing system works best with 2-3% dairy milk, the "Barista" version of various non-dairy milk alternatives like almond, soy, and oat milk work as well, allowing you to enjoy your favorite drinks with the milk of your choice.

Is it user-friendly?

Absolutely. This model has a 6.7" panorama touch screen. That makes it very easy to interact with the machine. Also, you can choose and make amazing, cafe-quality drinks with just a touch of a button.

Is it easy to clean and maintain?

Yes, this machine is easy to maintain. It rinses itself every time you turn it on or off. This model features the "One-Touch Milk System Cleaning" (automatic), and if you use the machine to make milk-based drinks, you will need to clean the milk pipework at the end of the day, which is a super easy process. You do need to descale the unit every 2-3 months (depending on usage and water hardness) if you do not use Jura water filters, and you need to clean the machine using cleaning tablets (a really easy, hands-off process) every 2-3 months. The machine notifies you when it is time to descale or clean and fully guides you through the process with instructions right on the screen. It is super easy, and anyone can do it.

Can it make multiple cups (two drinks) at once?

Absolutely. This model can make two of any drink at the same time because all drinks are made with the central spouts.

This machine works with coffee beans in the main hopper and has a ground coffee chute, giving you flexibility. It does not use coffee pods. One of the key features of this machine is that it grinds coffee beans and brews fresh coffee for every cup, unlike coffee pod machines.

Does it have programmable settings?

Absolutely. With programmable settings, you can customize your brew strength, temperature, and portion size. Choose from 8 strength levels (5-16 grams dose of coffee), 3 individually programmable milk/milk foam temperature settings, and 3 levels of brewing and hot water temperature, and an individually programmable amount of milk/milk foam creating your perfect cup each time.
