Coffee Machines may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused. 
Sale items and promotional items that have been discounted are considered Final Sale.

All coffee machines sold are covered under warranty. In the rare event that you receive a defective unit, please contact us immediately.
If returning by mail, Call Us. We will then issue you a Return Authorization code.

Cancellations: If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. Credit card processing fees will not be refunded.
