Control four groups independently. Dalla Corte's patented multi-boiler technology gives each of the four brewing groups its own 0.5 L boiler. Temperature can be adjusted with 0.1°C precision, allowing separate groups to be configured around different coffees or recipes.

Give more baristas room to work. The four-group configuration provides four brewing positions within the Evo2 platform, supporting a larger multi-barista setup while retaining independent temperature management by group.

Reduce manual grinder adjustments. The Evo2 is compatible with Dalla Corte's Grinder Control System. When configured with GCS and a compatible DC ONE or DC TWO grinder, the machine and grinder communicate to automatically adjust grind size and dose.

Simplify milk preparation. The Evo2 is compatible with Dalla Corte's Milk Control System. MCS is a button-activated steam wand that lets the barista select the desired milk temperature, position the pitcher and wand, and start the frothing process. A Dual MCS configuration is also available on the Evo2.
