You have the full control over every step of your drink. The process is easy and joyful. The unit is compact yet powerful. The heater heats up extremely fast and the pressure is perfect to draw a rich shot. The milk pipe creates strong steam. You can make fancy artwork on top of the mug. Bean hopper is large and transparent. The steel body is looks very good o the counter. Very happy with my purchase.

We have had a Keurig for 2 years. It served us okay but the it was lacking the quality and many other key details.
I bought a BUNN commercial coffee pot from Costco a year ago and was surprised at the taste difference with the same coffee grounds I used in Keurig.

Ordered this unit on 21 of Dec to arrive by Christmas eve. Canada Post lost my package on the way. I called Coffee Warehouse to fix the issue. By the time they sent us another unit, it was too late for christmas. We received 2 units together 3 days after Christmas. It ruined my plans.

My first high end espresso machine. The key to this machine is "reading the manual". Also, the machine makes a lot more sense when you understand a little bit about espresso beans. The Coffee Warehouse own blend beans that came free with my purchase tastes very nice. To start, I only made plain espresso. Once I got the taste right, then I experimented with the other types of drinks with steamed milk or hot water, like lattes, cappuccinos, flat white, etc.
The automatic functions; grinding, filling, tamping, brewing, and milk steaming all work just fine once you get the machine dialed in. This basically involves getting the grind so that it brews a 2 oz shot in about 30 seconds.

I note in the title that it’s adjustable. Some adjustments are in the individual coffee selection and others are in the Settings. Things like grind, filter size, number of shots (1, 2, or 3 oz) and milk settings (temp, foam and type) are in the coffee selection. Other things like brew temperature adjustments are found in settings. Brew temp adjustments are simply More1, More 2, Less 1, etc.
I would be very surprised if you can find a better functioning machine at this price point.

Works great...my brother-in-law turned me on to it. Quite expensive, but it looks and works extremely well. My family loves it too, and we are saving a lot of money from buying at coffee shop. The Lattes and Cappuccinos come out perfect. The bean hopper is large enough for our family. I also love the milk fruth wand function. I use it for kids chocolate milk.
