De'Longhi Magnifica Evo with LatteCrema System Espresso Machine

This DeLonghi Magnifica is a great coffee machine and worth the splurge. I like that it is customizable and it is very smart as it walks you through everything you need to do. I wish it came with a wifi connectivity, especially given the price. I give it is a 4-star machine.

I have owned a Philips Xelsis. It was ok but a lot of work to maintain, and I didn't want another machine that I had to take apart to clean.
THE GOOD:
The Delonghi Eletta has excellent coffee, many coffee settings, and the plant-based milk foams well. I am VERY happy with it. I use it every day for regular coffee, Americano, or Long coffee. I use it every few days for lattes.
THE NOT AS GOOD:
I wish it came in stainless or black, but right now it's just in the lighter color. I decided taste is better than looks. It still looks great though! It blends in well and doesn't scream "look at me."
I still have to take it apart to clean. And taste is worth the extra effort of taking it apart to clean it. It's actually pretty easy to clean and the beauty is I don't have to clean the milk container until the milk is gone because I can store it in the refrigerator.
I love this machine.

This is EXPENSIVE. But it does everything for you.
What don't I like? It constantly cleans itself, HAHA. When you turn it on, it cleans. When you turn it off it cleans. You need to have an extra cup just for the rinsing cleaning process. It is not a big hassle, but rather a small one. I love how you just take the milk canister and keep it in fridge. rally nice! Frothing works very well with skim or whole milk - though they tell you to use skim. You can make all sorts of changes when setting up. We got a bad filter initially, call customer service, and had a new one a day later! Overall, a really nice machine. I would purchase again based on what I know so far. Makes a great cup of coffee, latte, etc.

Awesome espresso machine, perfect cappuccino and other types of fancy drinks. Easy to operate and maintain. Much easier to maintain and operate than my old Saeko.
Just a bit noisy when grinding the beans, operates quality dough. No issues to date.
We are happy with the purchase.

For a while I was regretting purchasing this De'Longhi machine as the coffee was luke-warm and the milk was not consistently frothing. After reading the manual book I realized that there is indeed a way to increase the temperature of the coffee and when I dismantle the milk frothing kit and clean it, the frothing has returned to being consistent and impressive again. I've changed my review and now enjoy this machine thoroughly.
Rod helped me by video call with step by step instructions to clean the milk frothing system and get the machine back to normal. Thank you Rod and all Coffee Warehouse staff.
