What types of coffee can this machine make?
This model can make pretty much any drink you'd like. What is the capacity of the water reservoir?
The model has a 1.9-liter water reservoir, which allows you to brew 6-8 drinks before needing a refill. We recommend this model for households of any size.

Yes. This model has a built-in grinder with adjustable settings, ensuring your coffee is made from freshly ground beans every time.
Can I use non-dairy milk alternatives with the milk frother?
Yes. Although Jura's milk frothing system works best with 2-3% dairy milk, the "Barista" version of various non-dairy milk alternatives like almond, soy, and oat milk work as well, allowing you to enjoy your favorite drinks with the milk of your choice.

Is it easy to clean and maintain?
Yes, this machine is easy to maintain. It rinses itself every time you turn it on or off. This model features the "One-Touch Milk System Cleaning" (automatic), and if you use the machine to make milk-based drinks, you will need to clean the milk pipework at the end of the day, which is a super easy process. You do need to descale the unit every 2-3 months (depending on usage and water hardness) if you do not use Jura water filters, and you need to clean the machine using cleaning tablets (a really easy, hands-off process) every 2-3 months. The machine notifies you when it is time to descale or clean and fully guides you through the process with instructions right on the screen. It is super easy, and anyone can do it.
Can it make two cups at once?
This model allows for two coffee-based drinks (of the same kind) to be made at the same time, using the central spout. Milk-based drinks, however, which are made on the separate spout on the right of the machine, can only be made one at a time.

We recently purchased the Jura 8 coffee machine . We had been looking locally but so impressed with your sales staff and customer service we ordered from Coffe Warehouse . Would highly recommend and extremely happy with our Unit !
Pros:
-Great hot coffee and milk-based beverages. It starts up fast and has a nice display.
-With the onboard screen or the app, you can customize your amount, flavor, tastes, etc, basically everything about the drink
-Setup for being very energy efficient from the factory, turns itself off after a set amount of time (we've upped this because it was 20mins)
-Holds a large amount of water, more than lesser models in the Jura line
-Long time between cleaning cycles with tablets or liquids, however you do have to clean it every day if you use it.
Cons:
-For any double drinks (which are most of our drinks), it has to brew coffee twice in two different steps. I've used other machines and for a double drink, the other machines just brew more at one time and so they are much quicker.
Overall, we do love the machine. The quality and the style is amazing.
After owning this Jura E8 for months, I can say it has been a hassle-free experience, and have become accustomed to the unit, my only real complaint still is in the screen --- it is at 90 degrees to the countertop, I would like to have seen it aimed "up" a bit more so I don't feel like I have to stoop. This is, at this point, my only real complaint. Cleaning is easy! drinks are amazing and the capacity is large enough to make many people happy before refiling.
For over twenty five years I have owned Jura products and always have been more than satisfied. That being said my E8 espresso machine is stellar. As with my other Jura products, the machine is easy to use and easy to clean. Most important, it delivers perfect coffee beverages time after time, year after year! It may look expensive to purchase but it will save money and creates fantastic memories year after year.
Thoughtful technology and features, fantastic and authentic espresso based drinks, amazing milk frother, beautiful quality machine. Do not regret this purchase at all. It looks expensive but worths the price tag.
